Patrick & Danielle’s Double Bluff Beach Maternity Session

This was one of my first sessions “back in action” after the quarantine and I felt SO ALIVE! We headed across the water to Whidbey Island to visit Double Bluff Beach for Patrick & Dani’s maternity session. Let me tell you, I have been through it all with these two! I’ve known Dani for years and had the amazing opportunity to photograph the engagement, the wedding, the announcement, and now the maternity photos!

Up to this shoot, I hadn’t been to Double Bluff Beach in years! One of my best friend’s has a beach house nearby and we used to go there in high school. But, it had been years since I had been back! And wow, it doesn’t disappoint. It is such a beautiful beach! It was a sentimental location for Dani due to her parents getting married on Whidbey Island many years ago. I still can’t believe that these two are expecting! At this point, photographing them is the easiest thing in the world and I can’t wait for many more sessions with their newest little one!
