Cody & Natalie’s Machias Meadows Wedding
My second wedding of my last double header weekend of the year went out with a (very literal) bang! Cody & Natalie’s wedding at Machias Meadows was absolutely perfect. It was my first time photographing at there and I was SO impressed. Machias Meadows features a large variety of spaces such as a beautiful house for the girls to get ready in, a gorgeous industrial style barn for the reception, and of course, an old (but well kept) barn for more space to hang out in!

Cody & Natalie have such a sweet bond and it’s so clear when you hang out with the two of them. Natalie is full of personality and says exactly what’s on her mind while Cody is reserved and so sweet. They are so balanced and truly best friends! And you can tell how much Cody adores Natalie. There were a couple times during the day that he was lead to tears out of feeling so much love & happiness. It was the absolute sweetest thing.
Everything about their wedding from start to finish went perfectly. However, one of the craziest storms popped out of nowhere during their reception! Washington State doesn’t often have storms with crazy amounts of lightning. But, it sure put on a show for us that night! Natalie & Cody were even willing to step out in the POURING rain to do some quick rain photos because they were SO worth it. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Walker!
