I am so honored that these two chose me to photograph their engagement and wedding! I’ve known Alex for years as he was my supervisor back in my Starbucks days and we have luckily enough remained in touch since! When I got the news that he had asked Rachael to marry him, I was SO ecstatic because although I hadn’t met her yet, I knew she must be incredible if he wanted to marry her! When they contacted me to shoot their wedding, I was SO excited.
We photographed their engagement photos up at Kayak Point in Stanwood and it was such a beautiful day! However, we did have to wait around for a little bit because the sun was SO bright and when the sun is too bright and you’re at a location with water, the pictures can often be blown out! So while we were waiting, we went under the dock and I thought it turned out so awesome! We were then blessed with an amazing sunset and of course, these two had to go in the water! So I was ecstatic! Here are some favorites!
