This was my second wedding photographed at Dairyland in Snohomish and it did not disappoint! I had been looking forward to this beautiful day since I first met Cole & Ashley. They radiate joy and happiness! I met them last year briefly at Taylor & Dakota’s wedding and was so excited when Ashley emailed me afterwards wanting me to be apart of their big day, too! Cole & Ashley’s wedding was such a special day! It was my 100th wedding that I’ve photographed! I can’t believe that I’ve had the privilege of photographing 100 weddings in just a little over 4 years!
Their day started off with thick fog but the forecast called for sun later. I was hopeful because my favorite flower fields are a short walk away and I wanted to make sure we utilized them with a sunset! Everything about their day went perfectly. Everything we had planned was AHEAD of schedule and made for the most relaxed wedding day. Cole’s reaction seeing Ashley come up the aisle was one of my favorite moments of the day. Cole himself mentioned that he’s not usually an emotional guy but knew that seeing Ashley walk down the aisle was going to make him tear up! It was the sweetest thing!
The sun had finally decided to join us just in time for the formal photos of just Cole & Ashley. Every single one of their photos turned out perfection. The sun was low and gold due to some fog that had stuck around adding a little bit of haze to everything. The flower field was in bloom and so colorful. Their portraits among all the flowers are such a DREAM! It was something we had envisioned for months! When we were finished, we headed off to the reception and I joined them for an amazing night full of laughter and LOTS of beer & dancing. I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to have spent my 100th wedding with!! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Plummer!
