There truly is something just so special about Phil & Kylee and the relationship they share. I noticed it from the very beginning – they truly do balance each other out. I’m a firm believer in that you do need balance in personalities in a relationship, but the most important thing being that you need to meet in the middle with the utmost love and respect for each other. And that is something so apparent between these two.
From the very beginning, they treated me like we were friends for years and that we hadn’t just met. Our engagement session was filled with laughter and sharing funny stories – and this continued throughout their wedding day! The day started off a little rainy as I was driving over Snoqualmie Pass to the Suncadia grounds where Swiftwater Cellars is located on, but thankfully, the rest of the day was perfect. They shared a truly beautiful “first look” and it was so sweet to see Phil so emotional over seeing his sweetheart! Seriously, I was totally dying behind the camera witnessing this because it was so special!
My favorite thing about Suncadia is that if you go to the opposite end of the property, they have some incredible views overlooking the mountains so I knew we HAD to drive over there! And oh my goodness, it was so worth it! Photographing these two together is effortless but is continuously filled with laughter because they truly crack me up! Their special day was filled with so much love, joy, and laughter – and some seriously great dancing during their reception! They’re going to have some serious blackmail on their guests when they receive all the final images from the dancing – ha! I’m so excited to share some of my favorites from their special day!
